The main studio microphone
Never mind those white particles.  Believe me, you don't want to know what those are.

The Headphones
I'm sure there are some unknown particles inside these well but let's just put that out of our minds shall we?

The Board
Yeah, it's dirty too!!!

The Computer
This is how we play our music over the air.

The Guest Mic
This is the view that you would have if we had you on the air with us.

Thanksgiving Weekend In Pictures

This first picture is of one our group of eaters at my family gathering. We technically don't have a kids table. It's more like the "main" table then there's the "satellite" table.

On Friday I went to see my nephew Tony play hockey. That's him, #58 at the front. Unfortunately his team got shut out. The good news is they won their next game and got to continue on in this tournament. In Minnesota everybody plays hockey.

Later on Friday I went to see my brother's band Swamp Fox play at the Buffalo, MN Legion Club. That's him behind the keyboard. We had a great time and if you're ever going to be in the Twin Cities area and want to see them play, check out their website herewww.swampfoxmusic.com

On Saturday I went to the Mall of America and man, that was a mistake! It took about a half hour to park. I was trying to be creative with this picture, slowing down the shutter speed, showing the motion of people as they walk in comparison to the people standing still. It kind of worked.

And finally, on the drive home I took a picture of this sign on the on-ramp to, well, you guessed it, Edgar. It's a town a little West of Wausau on highway 29. Have been meaning to take a photo of this for years because I have a really good friend by the name of Edgar.

Overall it was a great Thanksgiving. I'm just thankful you sat through this blog.

Sheboygan Meadow in the Fall

Sheboygan Meadow 2, originally uploaded by geekboyfilms.

It's hard to believe that this patch of land is in the middle of Sheboygan. It's also hard to believe that the weather was so nice on November 21st. The high on this day was around 50.

I was traveling Southbound on Taylor Drive past Memorial Mall, saw this to the right as I went by Applebees and pulled into the parking lot.

It was around 3:30 in the afternoon and the sun was already starting to set. As you can see from the photo there was a thin layer of fog which made me want to take this picture even more.

This was just one of many I shot from that location but by far the best.

There were also a pair of deer eating grass further down the hill. Hopefully they made it through the weekend hunting season opener.

November Daybreak

I was sitting in my living room at the start of another day and looked out the sliding glass door. This is what I saw so the camera came out.

To further paint the picture it was a rather cold and windy mid-November morning. Probably the chilliest day we had experienced so far this fall. The clouds were moving incredibly fast and I was worried I'd miss the perfect photo. Luckily that wasn't the case. I just love how the sun is reflected off the white house. There was very weird shadowing from the light seeping through the rapidly moving overcast sky.
